The Genesis of My Crack The Wellness Code Foundation, a Section 8 Company founded under the Companies Act, lies in the personal health journey of our Founder and Chairperson Mr. Naren Bakshi. He was able to reverse his lifestyle diseases like Diabetes, Sleep Apnea, and Obesity by making lifestyle corrections that were backed by ancient Vedic wisdom and Western scientific research. This led to germination of a thought that if he could reverse his lifestyle diseases, others could do it too. While this thought was germinating in his mind he met two more like-minded people Dr. Pankaj Vij and Mr Somnath Chatterjee, which led to the formation of CWC Global in silicon Valley, where they live. Mr. Bakshi’s Journey to India during Covid time made him realize that his home country’s people also suffer from similar lifestyle issues and something should be done about it. The Success of Crack the Wellness Code initiative in Silicon Valley inspired him to start a similar wellness movement in India. This led to the establishment of the India Chapter in June 2020 with Wg. Cdr V K Kala (Retd.), leading the Indian initiative. It is now formally registered in India as a Section 8 company under The Companies Act by the name “My Crack the Wellness Code Foundation”.
