Our Workplace Wellness Programs (WWPs) are implemented within organizations or institutions to promote the health and well-being of its Board, Management, and employees. These programs acknowledge that a healthy workforce leads to more productivity, higher engagement levels, and satisfaction, leading to better overall outcomes for both the individuals and the institution. Our WWPs incorporate a broad spectrum of activities and resources aimed at improving various aspects of well-being.

Physical Health and fitness:

Providing access to knowledge resources for physical activity, exercise classes, fitness challenges, and encouraging healthy behavior like regular movement/ walking clubs, access to on-site fitness resources, and proper nutrition.

Mental and emotional Health Support:

Mental health is a critical aspect of overall well-being. Workplace wellness programs can provide resources, mindfulness training workshops, and counseling services to help employees manage stress and emotional challenges.

Health Screenings:

On-site health screenings for conditions like blood pressure, cholesterol, and diabetes can help employees identify potential health risks early on.

Wellness Challenges:

Our Programs include friendly competitions or challenges focused on different aspects of wellness, such as weight loss challenges, or healthy recipe contests, steps walked, healthy meals eaten, or hours of sleep.

Nutrition Education:

Workshops, seminars, or resources on healthy eating habits, understanding portion sizes, and maintaining a balanced diet. The Program also includes consulting on nutritious food options in cafeterias.

Tobacco Cessation:

Resources and support for individuals looking to quit smoking or using other tobacco products.

Stress Reduction:

Introducing relaxation techniques, Yoga and meditation sessions, or workshops on managing stress and achieving a work-life balance.

Ergonomics and Safety:

Educating employees on better posture and reducing the risk of musculoskeletal issues to improve overall well-being.

Health Coaching and Education:

Offering seminars, webinars, or informational materials on various health topics, such as heart health, diabetes prevention, and more. Employees receive personalized guidance on improving their health habits in our Individual or group coaching sessions at our Wellness Resource Centre.
