My Crack the Wellness Code Foundation organized the “Happy, Healthy, and Hygienic Womanhood” seminar on June 10, 2023, at Banasthali Vidyapeeth, Tonk, with team members Mr. Sharad Kamara, Dr. Gargee Gopesh, Mr. Umardin, and Azhar Khan. The seminar aimed to illuminate the vital aspects of menstrual health and hygiene, yoga, and laughter yoga, fostering a holistic approach to women’s wellness and breaking societal stigmas. The event began with an opening ceremony by Dr. Anshuman Shastri, followed by Dr. Gargee Gopesh’s insightful session on menstrual health, addressing anatomy, menstrual hygiene products, and pain management strategies. Mr. Sharad Kamra inspired participants with a pep talk on yoga’s physical and mental benefits, encouraging daily practice. Dr. Madan Kataria conducted a lively laughter yoga session via Zoom, demonstrating its health benefits through interactive exercises. The sessions highlighted menstrual health, yoga’s scientific foundation, physical and mental health benefits, and laughter yoga’s role in promoting well-being. On March 1, 2024, Banasthali Vidyapeeth in Tonk hosted “Navigating Adolescence: A Seminar on Anxiety, Panic Attacks, and Stress Management” for 10th-grade students, featuring Mr. Sharad Kamara, Dr. Gargee Gopesh, Dr. Raghav Shah, and Ms. Shaheen Dingankar. This comprehensive mental health session aimed to equip students with tools to manage academic stress and build resilience. The seminar included laughter yoga by Mr. Kamara, strategies for recognizing and coping with anxiety and stress by Dr. Shah and Ms. Dingankar, and a supportive Q&A session. Future initiatives include a women’s wellness club and further workshops. Ms. Dingankar, a seasoned counseling psychologist, and Dr. Shah, a distinguished psychiatrist specializing in addiction, brought their expertise to foster a supportive and proactive mental health environment. The seminar emphasized the importance of mental well-being, offering practical strategies for students to manage stress and anxiety, particularly related to their upcoming board exams.

On May 6, 2024, a significant initiative titled “Empowering Women’s Health in Manpura Machedi” was launched by CWC (My Crack the Wellness Code Foundation) and JRF (Jaipur Rugs Foundation), targeting the health issues faced by female weavers in the rural community. This initiative is a continuous ongoing weekly session-oriented program covering all-female health-related topics, which are generally less talked about. Ninety plus weaver women participated in this effort to address health challenges often overlooked due to a lack of awareness and resources. Dr. Gargee Gopesh, Director programs led the initiative, beginning with identifying critical health concerns through open dialogues. CWC conducted health awareness sessions covering reproductive health, nutrition, hygiene, and mental health, fostering open discussions and a supportive environment. This pilot program aims to create a sustainable model for women’s health in Manpura Machedi, addressing immediate needs and promoting long-term health practices. By empowering weaver women with knowledge and resources, CWC and JRF are committed to creating a lasting impact on their well-being, inviting further collaboration to enhance community health. So far 3 sessions have been conducted in Manpura Machedi, Jaipur.
