About CWC:  My Crack the Wellness Code (CWC) Foundation is committed to advancing holistic wellness through customized, evidence-based programs that promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Our initiatives span across schools, youth, women, seniors, and workplaces.

Role Overview:  We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on professional to lead wellness programs for corporates and senior citizens. The role combines program design, implementation, partnerships, and business development to drive measurable impact in employee well-being and healthy ageing.

Key Responsibilities:  Design and manage workplace and senior wellness programs end-to-end.
• Coordinate with wellness experts, trainers, and partners for smooth delivery.
• Develop impact and reporting frameworks to track outcomes.
• Manage budgets, client relationships, and partnerships corporate, CSR, and senior associations).
• Mentor internal teams and contribute to wellness thought leadership.

Qualifications: 

• Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Business, HR, or related field.
• 8-10 years’ experience in workplace wellness, employee engagement, CSR, or health promotion.
• Strong skills in program design, budgeting, client servicing, and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of ageing, geriatric care, or digital wellness tools preferred.
